This product was specifically ordered as it is a genuine windows power supply but after only 7 months it stopped working. I tried to contact both the seller and Revain but neither of them responded. It's frustrating when you spend extra money on a quality product and end up with a product that lasts as long or even less than the generic. You get a warranty period, but you have no one to contact if you need to claim the warranty.
