I have attempted to purchase this product but there are several key issues the company needs to address: It is so harsh on gums and causes exponential gum recession. 2) Adult size is huge for a small mouth and makes access to the back of the mouth difficult, so a smaller size is recommended. 3) The bristles are not flexible at all. If you have sensitive teeth or gums, this will cause bleeding as it will appear like you are rubbing your gums with a needle. 4) Even if you listen to the sound of the bristles touching your teeth, you can hear it's not a gentle touch. I've been using this product for less than 2 weeks, I can't keep using it because at least in my case it causes bleeding gums and accelerates gum recession. I hope to see better products from your brand in the future. Thank you for paying attention to your c customers.
