When I discovered this product we were thrilled and hoped the product would do what was advertised. The product is amazing, no more back pain. One of the lift kits I ordered was for the wrong type of table, but that's not a problem. Customer service was fantastic - so helpful and informative that they spoke to me on a Saturday afternoon! Then he rushed to replace it. What an inexpensive and effective way to raise our tables to waist height. The alternative was to replace our existing tables with more expensive, taller ones, or to place them on unstable logs. Elevate your desk and save yourself the hassle of spending big, or choose a safer alternative. We are very satisfied and would definitely recommend this product,
