I love that it integrates with my CRM as well so once someone clicks to write their own, they are taken straight through when writing! If you don't have an account yet (free one available), try this out first but if there aren’t any problems right away signup or contact them directly for help setting up integrations - best customer support team we've used so far!! Integrating into our salesforce database where every person has access/write privileges is pretty awesome because everyone from new hires down can comment without admin approval- very valuable tool.- super easy interface makes adding comments quick & painless which helps get feedback faster too Easy to use, great customer support even through email as well! Would like more flexibility with options for specific sites but I think this is it's main limitation at present time - otherwise there are no downsides really :) Great product that allows you monitor many different sources of reviews across multiple types (both positive & negative) from various providers such us Trustpilot or Google etc..
