This is a great way to see if this is working for you. It's a thick balm and not easy to apply, but it really does soothe the itch. Every time I'm stressed I get eczema on my shins above my ankles. I'll scratch my legs 'til they bleed. It works better for me than some of the expensive creams I've tried recently. Completely odorless.
