I bought this product hoping it would reduce the time it takes to highlight my hair. Item arrived on time and looked as advertised. However, after using it for about 40 minutes, switching between medium and high heat settings, I stopped to check the process and found that not only the hole in the connecting hose had melted, but also the end of my hair dryer. There were no written instructions for the product. I later found out that there is a website that gives you detailed instructions that recommend using only medium or low settings for long running processes. I contacted the company and they said they would credit my Revain account for the purchase amount.
