I'm a big fan of MERIWOOL. I own and use several of their products and usually give them five stars. The neck cuff is an exception. The wool is luxurious, and the quality of the tailoring is excellent - the problem is that this thing is sewn for people with a pencil neck. I'm 6'1, 220 lbs. This gaiter is so small in diameter that it was physically uncomfortable to wear. You have to make these leggings twice as long and twice as wide and they win. mine is going back
