My lashes are thick and curled down. Used and I love the curl! However, the application process is more complicated than indicated in the directions. I tried all the pads to find what works for me. I had to cut out all the pads and they all came off my lid as there was no curve. This causes my lashes to lift unevenly and the lashes to get stuck under the pad, causing the lashes to curl (which eventually fall out). My lower score is due to the lack of clarity in the instructions (e.g. curl your lashes before beginning this process) and the quality of the pads. I have used this 4 times prior to this review and each time I have struggled to figure out how to operate the lash lift pad. After 4 uses of this product, I switch to another product that has pads to cover my bottom lashes and hold the silicone lash pad (with tape). I will definitely curl my lashes first and I used my own lash brush and cotton swab to apply this product. The kit needs more. Hope this helps you.
