They are fine and look good. Instructions and templates are not included. The shelves are hollow except for the inner part along the edges. The material is very soft and you have to be very careful when inserting the U-bolts into the shelves. Holes can easily be torn out by over-tightening. If you are looking for shelves to put books on, they are not deep enough or strong enough. They fit small items but I wouldn't go over 10 pounds per shelf. The screws for the wall anchors are smaller (#6?) and the manufacturer should increase the size to a #8. I installed 100 wall anchors and by screwing the screws into the anchor by hand (highly recommended) I found that with too much force the screw would rip the anchor out. Just not enough to cut the screw into the anchor. Brackets are not square but plum welded. First I mounted all the brackets on the shelves. Trying to install the shelf after hanging the brackets will be very difficult, especially for the screws that go into the shelf closest to the wall. If I hadn't already hung them on the wall I would probably send them back.
