DO NOT USE THE SUPPLIED SCREWS
I pre-drilled the holes in the wood using a hand screwdriver (not a drill) - these screws would not hold. 2 screw heads are torn off and all crosshairs are torn off. I am not quite sure what to do as one of my racks is now unable to support weight and I have measured how each rack hangs in relation to each other :( Learn from me! Buy different screws before installing - - Also yes, they are not perfectly straight but attractive, I hope with the right gear they are long lasting.
