I had never waxed before and was very nervous. I was blown away by how much less painful it was compared to having it done at my usual reputable venue. I was also amazed that I didn't have the slightest reaction to histamine. I'm always very sensitive and always experience some kind of reaction. The part was broken when I opened the box and instead of sending me a new part they just refunded everything. The cracked part did not affect the wax in any way so the customer service was pretty outstanding. Simply a great experience. Too bad we're all in quarantine because now I just want to find people to grow with.
