Exactly as described. Looks solid enough and well made. The swivel that attaches to the stand is of excellent quality and uses a 1/4-20 thread so I can use it with other camera gear as well. I don't plan on using this with my phone, but will use my fancy DSLR for close-up shots of the models I build. The only thing that disappointed me was the brightness. Good for close-ups, but completely unusable after about 4 minutes. I should have been suspicious when lumens weren't listed. But none of those cheap selfie rings will tell you that secret number. All in all, for $15 it wasn't a bad buy, but it wasn't "professional" in the truest sense of the word.
