Not quilted. Sherpa material is not as soft after the first wash.
Definitely not quilted. These are two pieces of fabric sewn together along the outside edges. Thin elephant fabric and soft lightweight sherpa fabric. After washing, the soft Sherpa material became lumpy and not as soft. I bought it as a gift. This is a cute print. However, I was disappointed when I saw the washing result. I wouldn't buy it again.
