every three or four times i have used it it has made my beard very stiff and crispy. the opposite of what I expect from a leave-in conditioner. I had to urgently buy something else. I do not recommend it at all. Instead, I would recommend Scotch & Porter Leave-In Conditioner, which has softened my beard nicely. I don't get high marks for this product. Maybe I have a bad bottle? or I just have different expectations for the nature of the product but it doesn't deliver on the stated goal of "softening and taming your beard in style".
