Cleer Audio Roam NC TW came in a tiny box and sounded pretty good. First. You have all types of earbuds (tapered and round) to choose from, and with a wide screen your other earbuds won't fit, but I could definitely hear a sound improvement with larger earbuds, so pick as many as you can. act. One of the photos clearly shows the "Left/Right" designation as well as a small dent on the tip mounts, start swapping tips there and you're better off! Calls were muted which I expected with this style but music playback was ok I couldn't get enough bass without turning it on. and it was never distorted, just loud. So, to the app for options! Clear Audio boasts about their app, and it's about average in what you can do, but it does have an equalizer. I've found I can't turn off the faucets all together if that's what you're looking for. The attached picture was before the firmware update and the sound was really good which corrects my bass problems. But I've seen the firmware availability notification that we always get when it's available, right? I updated to 1.4.2. Don't go there. At least on my pair, according to the firmware, the equalizer was buggy, I lost the volume in one ear or the other just by clicking on the application. The noise-cancelling controls kept reminding me that you need to have both headphones plugged in (something like that), but they were both there. I submitted a review and have not yet received a response. Fix the firmware and you've got some pretty good audio headphones at this entry-level price point.
