Rough fabric and loose elastic
This skirt is very coarse and stiff. The fabric feels terrible. There is a thin and loose elastic at the waist that doesn't keep the tutu in place. I do not recommend this.
- My 4 year old niece is quite tall and tall for her age and this fits her perfectly. She wore it all day, even to Thanksgiving dinner.
- It was too small and had no battery.
