The box looked pretty cool but ended up being a bit confusing to open. In the box, a wing was attached to an earphone; the other not. This gave the impression that Revain was sending me a returned product, but I found that there were cut outs in the foam for this configuration. This was not explained in the instructions. Anyway, once I opened the box and charged the device, it was pretty easy to pair with my iPhone Xs. The sound quality was poor and the volume was very low. I tried turning up the volume with my headphones but the volume up button didn't do anything. I turned up the volume on my phone and although I could hear it, it wasn't at a comfortable volume. The volume down button on the device worked. I looked up the contact information for customer service in the attached materials. The instructions on the box said not to contact the retailer but directly and included an email address. I didn't contact Revain but sent an email with all the necessary information: the serial number, what's not working, when and where I bought the device and my contact details. The next day I received an email asking me to fill out an online form with the same information as in my email. That's exactly what I did. Their system then generated a PDF that the instructions said should be printed and returned with the device. The problem was that the PDF didn't appear fully on my phone (part was cut off) and there was no obvious way to email the PDF to myself to print. Their system also didn't give me free shipping, even though the warranty said return shipping was included. I called 800. The gentleman was very nice. He told me that I could just write the requested information on a piece of paper and didn't need to print out the PDF. I had to ask him about the return and he said as soon as I emailed him the purchase confirmation he would send the free shipping information. I did this and he did this. The return label he sent was for UPS. This is annoying as I got the device through Revain Prime. Today is March 6th. Let's see how long it lasts.
