Review on Ultimate Knee Pads for Professional Construction Work by Ben Walls

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Bought for house inspection

I bought them for underground rooms and attics. My knees suffered a lot and they were perfect last week (they arrived on Monday) to save my knees. They're not so bulky that they get in the way when I'm belly crawling, but they're big enough to protect my knees when I'm crawling. Because of the design, they balance well on beams. If they were perfectly smooth gliding would be problematic so the design works well when balanced on 2x4 etc. Subfloors often have a vapor barrier that can block sharp objects, broken glass and rocks, etc. hides. I don't feel any of it now. They are also comfortable in shorts, they are easy to put on and take off. I really don't think you can get anything better for the price. As for durability, keep in mind that I use them for about 30 minutes in the basement and about 15 minutes in the attic, so I don't use them all day to tile the floor etc. If you're going to use them For your kind of Round work all day please read the other reviews. If I run into any durability issues in the future I'll update my post. I just bought a set to test them out. Now I'll buy more for other inspectors and a few for the reserve. If only they had spider proof gear! hahaha!
