I'm not an experienced "wax" and the instructions were easy. The product came with 4 packets of hard wax pellets (various flavors, 2.5 oz each) and a wax warmer. Once we warmed up the wax, waxing went fine. The product instructions basically say the wax heater takes 15 minutes to melt the wax on high, then turn the heat down to medium so it stays warm, not too hot. We tried it for MUCH more than 15 minutes before I gave up and used a skillet to melt it on the stove (on low). I took it back to the greenhouse and set it on medium but it didn't get warm enough to work. We adjusted it between medium and high (closer to medium). I still think it's a good price, I plan to keep it and practice my technique to improve my hair removal technique.
