I'm just starting out and have recently found that the little exercises I do get tired and stale to the point of being ineffective. As of this writing, I'm still reluctant to spend big bucks on free weights and gym equipment, so I looked for an average solution. Enter these expanders! Inexpensive, accessible for my fitness level, takes up virtually no space, adds tons of new workout options, and is FUCK exercise! I've been using them for a few weeks now and it has already given me the confidence to increase the intensity of my daily routine and plan my roadmap more confidently on a more varied plan. And the fact that they fit in every little bag I pack when traveling is a HUGE plus as I'm often afraid I'll get too tight in my free time and start messing around because I can't get them out. No matter where I am. All in all, I don't regret this purchase at all. The quality is good and I can see that they will last, but for this price I'm not even too worried. I'm just glad I got the variety of workouts I needed at the pace I needed without getting frustrated or overwhelmed, which I certainly would have been if I'd spent a lot of money on weights.
