As a wildlife lover and an artist, I was surprised to find this pretty line of sculptures here on Walmart. There is so much bad art out there, really tacky stuff. This wolf is quite well done.it's very pretty and has a lovely modern elegance. The size is nice.big enough to see easily, but not so big that it takes over a table top. It comes in four colors and all are lovely.but I'm not sure why the prices vary so greatly between the colors of them.Anatomically the wolf is pretty accurate. People are commenting on the fact that this clearly is a MALE wolf, and some don't like that. But the anatomy that tells us this is very subtle and can't even be seen if you just look at the sculpture without flipping it upside down. So that to me is nothing.The silver wolf has a metallic look to it because of the paint. This is painted resin and is mass produced so don't expect to get anything "one of a kind" here.
