This product is amazing! Last week I was hiking in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho and Glacier National Park and being new to hiking I didn't want to carry a water bottle and instead had my hands free. I loved using it! It's simple and straightforward and there have been no leaks. I put ice and bottled water in it to stay hydrated in very warm weather. It was also easy to clean. I dried it overnight simply by placing it upside down over a full water bottle to keep it open. Amazing not only the product but also the customer service of the company. There was a glitch and they fixed it quickly as they were very personable, efficient and polite. Don't lose a minute! Get one if you are a beginner like me or an experienced one. You will not regret it!
