I hate reviews that only pick great products. You get exactly what is advertised. Super soft quilted fabric with water-repellent effect. Laptop bag lined with soft fabric. ) This is a zipped bag.) Not all zips will close; Some reviews were confused about this. There is another hidden pocket on the back, perfect for your passport or wallet. I just love this bag. I'm quite mobile for my job and I'm tired of juggling my purse, lunch box and laptop. When I used my big bag, it became very heavy and uncomfortable. This bag is small enough not to be obnoxious but big enough to fit in my large lunch box, notebook, laptop, wallet, mouse and other essentials. They have many pockets and pouches to keep everything you need in order. I've only had it for a few days and use it for work, not travel, but I think it would be a good, everyday, versatile bag. I hope this helps someone! Of course I'm sure if you're really picky about bags this might not be for you, but if you're looking for a cute everyday backpack this is for you :)
