The ability to search candidates by skillset is great! It makes finding qualified applicants much easier than having an HR department do it manually or through spreadsheets/tools such as LinkedIn searches etc.. I have not used any other recruiting software that has this capability so far but will continue searching until one comes along with better functionality then we can move forward together from there!! Having access to multiple resumes allows us to get more information about each applicant which helps narrow down our short list even further before conducting interviews. We are able to see who meets specific criteria without actually scheduling them into time blocks first because they're already available when needed via resume screening alone. This saves valuable interview slots and reduces wasted resources if someone isn't right after reviewing their profile initially instead of waiting while additional qualifications come up during phone screens / face to facetime meetings. Benefits include saving both money & staff hours spent interviewing potential.
