If I could give this little vacuum cleaner more than five stars, I would. It's incredibly powerful and picks up the very fine dust I get when doing wood carving and inlay work. The loading process seems to be taking a long time. I use it every day and haven't had to charge it until now. There's a small sticker next to the switch that says hold it down for a few seconds to start it. It arrived fully charged but didn't start until I noticed the sticker. It's nice to read before using new purchases, but I've lost patience. Just upside down.
