I had an old version of this model 3 years old and it was amazing. I lost one of the foam pads on it and the arm started to fail. After 3 years it suited me. They changed the design and the new one sucks! Bought on 04/22. The swan neck arm never flexed properly and was very loose. He didn't hold his position. The previous version was very solid and never moved until you moved it. The phone never sat right. Now and then the suction would appear out of the window by itself. The previous version never held and never moved. Today the back just detached out of nowhere when I put my phone in the holder like I always do. It is absolutely useless on June 17th, so less than 2 months after purchase. I specifically looked for the same model as my sweetheart because I liked it very much. It was perfect for my needs. It's too late for me to send this back to Revane. Once upon a time there was a fantastic model. I was concerned when I received this new one to see the changes but assumed the company had made changes for the better. I would give the original model 5 stars. Now I have to find a new one.
