I installed one of the two shelf’s about a month ago and after a couple weeks I found the shelf slumped forward. The top two anchors had failed, one broke off inside the wall, the other I’m not sure it may have not mated well on the other side of the wall. A third anchor also broke off inside the wall but was unnoticeable since it bares much less weight.I had placed only 9.5lbs of books on the shelf though the shelves claim to hold 20lbs a piece.I should probably also say I install artwork for a living so I install a lot more anchors into drywall that 90% of people.The shelf looks nice and the metal supports work though the support leg gets in the way of screwing into the wall.If you’re going to put more than a few lbs on this shelf I suggest you replace the anchors they provide.
