These are the first pillows I have bought online. It was difficult because there was so much to choose from. The reason I chose them is because they were pillows with good reviews. There were 2 pillows in the pack. It was difficult, but not difficult. There was a slight plastic smell when I first opened it, but after using it for a day the smell was gone. I sleep on my side so I always look for a pillow to fill the gap between my head and shoulder and to support my neck when sleeping on my side. The pillow was amazing. When I tried it the first night, the memory foam with the brace was able to take the shape of my neck. I was able to fall asleep within 5 minutes. Tension in my neck and shoulder did not wake me up the next morning. I'm glad I made the right choice. I hope this pillow lasts a while.
