I bought this product even though it was overpriced because overall it's a good brand and had great reviews. I have straight hair, but it's knotted endlessly. So I'm always on the hunt for a great detangler. I thought it's a lot of money but with a brand name and if it really is an effective product I'm willing to pay. There was almost no difference in the mess in my hair. It was just as hard to get past after spraying a decent amount of it on him. Tried it on 3 different days, just took a chance, maybe I'm not lucky. Same results. I wouldn't rate this any higher than the private label detangler. Unfortunately, because this company has great products, I will definitely not be buying them again.
