Stops working after 2 months

At first this device was amazing. I didn't use it every day but it was a faster TENS unit to use on my sore neck. After some time I had to use it fully charged again, now it just sends painful jolts through that area. with pads included but that didn't help either. Now it just lies in a box and gathers dust.
