Overall looks like you get what you pay for. It's not bad, it's definitely not a premium product in terms of material, workmanship etc. It's nice and light, it has a unique feature (couldn't find it in any other iPad Pro 11 inch case) where you it can delete folio. a little when not in use. However, it has one (for my use) fatal flaw. The transparent protective case around the iPad Pro is only protected at the bottom, where the USB-C port is located. And this creates a "tunnel" that is too narrow for any cables that are wider than the original charging cable. So I personally tried 2 different (Hyper and No Name) USB-C card readers and 1 (Anchor) USB-C hub and none of them could not be plugged into the USB-C iPad. So if you want to connect something other than the original charging cable, make sure that the plug does not get wider. suitable for use with other USB-C accessories. Also, they offered me a full refund. So I would give 5 stars out of 5 for customer service and customer service.
