My original order arrived in an open package with no contents. The Post said there was a black suitcase inside when they handed it to the courier. The replacement order came in another envelope which luckily was unopened but contained a small plastic bag with parts inside. This small package was opened and some of its parts were floating in the shipping envelope. Luckily it looks like all the parts are here so I'll update the review once they're installed. Update: Easy installation and almost perfect function. Installed on an old v1 controller that didn't have rubber on the joysticks. Very light abrasions on the inside of the case causing little drag. I only notice it with the right stick and only when I move it up, so IMHO it's a good thing you don't manipulate the body at all.
