The product worked exactly as advertised. The product came with all the cables connected to the control board so installation was very easy. The fact that this board also came with a controller was also a huge plus. The controller was of high quality (much better than the small IR remotes that often come with such products). After setting up the product, the video was smooth, with no flickering or any sign of quality loss. The first product I received was defective but the excellent customer service completely made up for that. I contacted the seller and he responded to my messages very quickly (even on weekends). After talking to him he sent me 6! new control boards, including remote controls and power supply. After testing and finding out which product works best for my LCD screen, I sent him a message asking if he could send me a return label for other products. He told me that they are all mine. I have never seen anyone be so customer centric with a defective product. I definitely recommend this seller as they will work hard to keep their customers happy.
