I would be happy to recommend this one.
This back cushion is so big that you feel like you're leaning on a plush armchair. In earnest! It took me a while to shake it when I first took it out of the box, but it eventually fluffed up. Now my great granddaughter pulls it off my bed every time she comes in and puts it by the front of the couch so she can "sit" on it and watch her shows. It's a bit pricey compared to what I would normally pay, but it's a lot bigger and has a neck pillow so it all works in the end. I would be happy to recommend this one.
