update 6/2021: after it became known it was under guarantee. BTW when you receive, immediately open the box, go to their website and activate the guarantee and then re-wrap the box (if it's a gift like it was lol). I'm so glad I did because I got in touch with them and they were very helpful. subject to warranty. We have a new one and so far so good. I am only increasing from 1 star to 3 stars because it is very inconvenient. Especially if you just want to have fun and take pictures. Second update: First let me say that I bought it in August for Christmas. Every year in the summer I shop and buy them. Well I just tested it for a few minutes in August and everything was fine. On Christmas Day, the print shop froze after only 3 hours. My 6 year old still loved it. When it worked, the images were cute and funny. she loved it. After she was done we charged it and that was it. Once, less than a month later, we took the charges down and he said he wasn't charged. The low battery indicators were on (low battery on the battery panel and a black and white screen, meaning your battery is low). I've already tried contacting customer service twice but still no response. We registered it for a lifetime warranty when we received it in August so it's covered but the seller still hasn't responded. If it was only $15 I would say anything. But for the price we are completely ripped off. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT. AT LEAST NOT FROM THIS SELLER! Update - (2 stars removed because I got the camera for its print function) It's been 2 days since my daughter opened it for Christmas. Unfortunately, it keeps freezing when printing. I didn't print for 3 hours, then suddenly I started typing again. She has never dropped it because she wears it around her neck with the included choker. If she takes it off, we'll put it on until she wants it again.
