The tags are relatively solid and the light color (which differs significantly from the bags) makes it easy to identify the luggage. The cables are pretty strong. The label is the perfect size for a business card (or ID card of that size). The only drawback so far is that the transparent plastic film on top of the information card can come loose. Previously, this meant only two edges of the sheet had to be reattached, but rough handling could result in the sheet and underlying card being lost. Our luggage also has ID tags built in so there is redundancy in case something worse happens to those tags.
