Well I've ordered this several times and sent it back only to find that the reason it didn't work was because the terminal screws on my junction box were on the left side, so I had to turn the jacks to the right. I've read how some people have latched them without turning off the power, but there's no way I could do it. It worked fine the first day, but the next day one of them wasn't on, but turned on in the evening of the same day. I placed both on each level of my three story townhouse. The problem is that from the level I'm standing on, I can turn on the next level switch (if that makes sense). So when I do that, I end up turning off the night light. The only thing I would have wished for was the plate itself being more decorative. While this is a basic night light, I'm also curious how much electricity it burns. The company has never let me down the number of times I've returned it so I think that's a plus.
