Loved it. it's not like this. When they arrived the spikes were not sharp at all. Also, the base is taller than the others so a wrench with my shoes won't fit them. The included wrench was enough to install about 12 spikes and then removed. You can see that the plastic is underneath the metal, which limits its use anyway. A cleat (the frontmost part of the shoe) fell out in today's cross country competition (first use) before the start of the race, causing unstable traction. Can't get the others off their shoes because the wrench is off. Had almost the same experience with another product with hotop cleats (3/8"). Won't buy again. Very disappointed I wasted $9.
