THE BOX WAS NOT SECURELY TAPED AND THE HAT WAS VISIBLE BEFORE OPENING THE BOX. PART OF THE TRIM ON THE HAT WAS UNGLUED AND WAS JUST HANGING. NOT WORTH THE HASSLE TO FIX IT, WILL RETURN.
- Absolutely love my hat. I thought it was gonna be a cheap looking hat but it was beautiful.
