I couldn't wear them at 9 months.
I got these for my granddaughter for Christmas aged 9 months and expected her to wear them for months. She couldn't even put them on. The heel area is stiff, she couldn't squeeze her leg through it. Unfortunately when she opened it we were too late to return it.
