I would like to know

I like the design and the color of this charming dress. Its stitching seems to show a quality product (as seen in the photo). The color isn't uncomfortably loud, it's subtle, and my little niece would be really happy. I ordered this really beautiful dress for her birthday and although it is said to have arrived a day late it would have been a nice surprise. However, the dress never arrived along with other goods! Revain credited the money to my account but then my disappointed niece ordered a different product elsewhere.
