This Miracle on Ice shirt is amazing even though they wore the white home shirt when they beat the Russians. While white jerseys were worn as home jerseys, the NHL and other leagues have now changed this as white jerseys are commonly worn as street jerseys. I believe they did this for the alternate 3rd, 4th etc kit as they look better than the monochromatic team colors that can be worn in front of home fans. More jerseys mean more revenue for teams and more purchasing options for fans. I wanted a home white like the United States wore in the Miracle on Ice game but they get dirty so easily I have so many white sweaters with stains and most stains I have no idea how they hit there . They just magically appear, and in most cases the white spots don't go away once stained. So I think most people care about quality and size. The quality is amazing, especially at this price. The haircut is fantastic. I've added a closeup photo so you can see the stitching. Height wise I'm 5'11, 220 lbs, good weight not bad. I bought a large one and it fits perfectly even over a hoodie. In general I am very impressed. I rarely buy clothes online because finding the right size is very difficult and I hate going back. So many identical shirts from different companies, I could be large, XL, XXL, sometimes even medium, so it gets complicated. I would have guessed it was a bit big, I would have thought I needed an XL but I've listened to others who have also said it's a bit big and they were absolutely right. I would do what I did and buy a size smaller than you think unless you want it to be too big on you or maybe wear it over panty liners.
