I'm six months pregnant and the dress fits somewhat large. I'm 42DDD with a belly and I still could have had the dress taken in a bit. The dress served its purpose but I don't foresee me wearing it again. The material is cheap and I didn't care for the way the sleeves were sewn. It's something you would find at retailors like Rainbow, Dots, maybe even K-Mart. You get what you pay for kind of buy. Also I bought a gold plated chain belt to wear instead of that string they provide. Overall, I received compliments and I was comfortable but I will be donating this dress to the thrift store.
