I bought this pillow to replace my old memory foam pillow which had lost its shape after years of use. With their 90-day refund policy, you can't go wrong here. Compared to my old one, the density of this memory foam is much higher. It is soft but also offers good support. I like the dark blue color of the removable lid. What I like the most is the gel layer that cools the neck. I have neck and back pain and have been using a memory foam pillow for years. It helps align my head and neck and relieves pain. I haven't used a regular pillow since I started using memory foam pillows. I wish it had an inner pillowcase for extra protection as it should last for many years. I used an old pillowcase and made the inner layer myself.
