I am 6'3" and 220 lbs and these pajamas fit me in a size Large. The material is very soft and comfortable but I have a few concerns. Firstly, to avoid shrinkage and other damage during washing, they should be washed on a gentle cycle and a laundry bag should be used. You then have to dry them on a low setting, but since the material is quite heavy, it takes at least an hour to dry them. Also, the label suggests hanging them up when not in use to keep their shape. In my opinion, that's too much work for pajamas. Pajamas should be something practical, something you can throw in the washing machine, tumble dry with your other clothes, and wear again. Also, it's a bit pricey. Finally, I would like to note that the material is warm. So if you're looking for something to wear during the cold winter months, this might be for you. But if like me you're going northeast and it's either warm (summer) or we have the heat on (winter), it might be too warm. So 3 points for comfort, softness, looks and the fact that it is true to size. I deduct 2 stars because of the high price and "service".
