Great tool in managing lead generation
Noted has a great platform for sales people to track their leads and sales process. The platform is easy to use and has a great set of features for tracking leads and sales process. The reporting is also really good and has a lot of useful insights that help us to understand our sales process. The platform is a bit expensive and can be used only after a trial period. I would recommend Noted if you are looking for a good platform that helps you to understand your sales process. We have been able to understand our sales process and have been able to improve our sales process.
Pros
- Easy management dashboard, which allows me access in real time , gives visibility over all activities related tto pipeline/lead capture etc., Highly customizable (as per client requirements), SLA feature makes sure everything works as expected at every step.Great support team always ready!
Cons
- Upgrades take too long sometimes
- More flexibility required when importing data from SFDC
