The quality of these headlights is not as good as the OEM but I expected this from a product made in China. They work as intended and most importantly they look good. However, be careful and make sure you know or know someone who can make changes before you buy. The included bulbs (H1 for low and high beam, H3 for fog lights) are useless. You cannot use an LED because there is no space for fans. The only choice is HID and will require rewiring and finding a place for ballasts. Also try to adjust them before reinstalling the bumper as the side adjustment screw is not accessible. The OEM driver's side cover can't be refitted, but that's what you get for projection headlights - they're long, and the MK4 Jetta was never designed for them. So a lot of fiddling, no direct installation, hence 3 stars.
