It's great. They warn you in advance that the rubber seals are not glued in and will pop out, so that was good to know. But you can clean around them, which is nice. Closing the lid is very easy. In fact, it doesn't even look like they have a good seal because of that, but it's definitely leakproof (I only posted the video to show). I have other jars that make a loud closing noise (which is somewhat reassuring) but they are surprisingly quiet yet very efficient. Please note that although the liquid will not flow out of the reservoir, the liquid will flow through the baffle inside. So you can't keep each compartment separate. It doesn't matter to me as I don't plan on storing soup or liquid in it, just solids or something thicker like hummus. I wanted portion sized glass containers for snacking or meal planning and overall I'm happy with the product!
