I thought it was the same product but in a different size from the same manufacturer but this size was better suited for use in my dog cage. After receiving this one and comparing it to the other I found that it is not the same - and the listings also say one of them is 'solid gel' and this one is 'liquid gel'. I prefer the hard gel version. 1) It feels cooler and 2) those liquids leak out when your dog likes to chew - to be honest the tissue paper that was placed in the folds of this paper sent to me was naturally damp, this week the humidity is up at about 90%, but it still left me with a question. Anyway, I looked back at my orders and realized that over the past two years I've ordered 8 ice packs (what an economically painful realization!) for my two Malamutes who are past puppyhood. Note: One has been chained to a box for over 3 months recovering from THR and as a bored chewer she is responsible for most of that. I say all this to say that I really like the hard gel version. I wish it came in a smaller (31 x 37) and cheaper size.
