Stops working almost immediately

First use of this vacuum was great. The second time wasn't so good, I had to press the button multiple times to turn it on. Yes, it is fully charged. Last time it wouldn't turn on at all, no matter how many times and how long I pressed the button, even though I charged all night. It is also very difficult to clean, there is no place to store the vacuum cleaner, so the garbage just rattles inside.
